The first floor features four bedrooms, one with a double bed and fabulous views, direct access to the terrace, a desk, a practical and spacious dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is very spacious with a double bed, impressive views, direct access to the terrace, shelving, and a clothes rack. There are two further bedrooms with two or three single beds (depending on the room), one with direct access to a terrace with views and the other to a balcony. Both are very bright and welcoming and have spacious dressing rooms. On this floor, there is also a large double bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

A large rooftop terrace offers stunning, unobstructed views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, the Palma plain, and the Bay of Palma. Finally, the 800m² outdoor area is divided into a north section, with ample parking for cars and bicycles and a shady spot under a large pine tree, and a south section.
